It’s

Staff was very friendly, good location, the closest hotel has supermarket pharmacy.

In my opinion, the hotel is very old. One of the rooms it leak water in the middle of the room ( room nr 111) . It was arabic breakfast, it is not comfortable from Europen people. Has no hot water water ( room nr 112)

Ok , but could be improve and more

The decoration / design of the place and the room size was ok. It’s central and Mohamed was very nice and helpful .

The breakfast could be improve . Our room was not very clean and there was no light near the mirror . The bathroom should be more clean .

It was preferable and the accommodation was very good.

I liked the subject of the facility very much. The employees were very attentive. and finally, there was a shuttle service to the beaches and the location of the beach was very good. Finally, there is entertainment every two days at the hotel, which increases people's motivation a lot.

I liked how does the architecture look like.

The toilet door was not surely lockable. The TV also did not offer so many channels. The housekeeping visited us only once, and I was not sure whether did they change the towels or did they just reorganize them :( When I asked about the private beach, they told us it is shared beach that closes at 5pm, unless if we pay for tickets!

The beach is marvellous, and the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable The location is great

The pool is too cold, no towels unless you go ask for them!!, the food is VERY bad, not edible actually, worst food ever, no drinks if you are half board not even water, beach shuttle takes you from the beach too early like we go 10 am and then go back at 2 pm, says snorkling is free while its not, the googles cost you 20 pounds Lost of mosquitos, they don't spray against it like the rest of the hotels do

It was overall good

The atmosphere was nice and it was a stay like home, the staff was very friendly and helped a lot for any matter, music which inside hotel pole was great for me and got nice feelings from that.

Breakfast and food was ok but it was re used and was not fresh most time, there were mosquitoes around and even sometime in room which disturbed a lot.

Even though I experienced minor discomfort during my stay, I’m walking away with good memories.

The fact staff remembered and referred to me by name.

The mosquitos were really bad at night in my room, and the water pressure was not very good. Also, I filled my water bottle from the tap and ended up sick for two days.

Clean , quiet and very nice staff , many thanks to Mr Ibrahim who was responsible for managing trips, I appreciate his efforts to arrange wonderful marine trips to Tyran island then to Blue hole at Dahab city where I had my first awesome diving and snorkeling experience , I ended my journey with a wonderful dinner cruise . I really had a great time and of course I’ll come back again as soon as I can.

I will be back for more.

I liked the very large room with exposed brick work in the shape of domes and arched brick walk ways.The staff are friendly and so nice. I booked for a week but 5 weeks later I am still here, because I feel so relaxed here.For me the hotel has the feel of a natural living space which improves ones peace of mind. I am an artist and this was the right hotel for me, a great little place for creative's and their friends. if you want to chill collect your thoughts for your next vision come and do it here.

I liked everything about this place.
